Ingredients
Apple Tart
1 Granny Smith Apple
¼ Stick Butter
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Sugar
1 Pie Shell
Vanilla Cream
2 Cups Heavy Cream
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
Directions
Mix vanilla cream ingredients together. Whip until until soft peaks
Core apple and dice into small pieces. Melt butter in a sauté pan and add apple. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Sauté until apple gets a little soft. Let cool for a few minutes. Use a slotted spoon and place apple mixture in middle of pie shell. Fold edges. Brush with remaining liquid from sauté pan. Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown. Top with whipped Cream
