Joe opened Crisp Catering in January 2009. He co-owns Gold Rush Grille alongside his wife of 35 years, Alison. They have been in the restaurant business for over three decades! Prior to opening Crisp Catering, Joe built his reputation for excellent service through catering for a number of exceptional clients including first lady Maria Shriver, former Secretary of State Bruce McPherson, the Vienna Boys Choir, actor Danny Glover, and California History Museum. Crisp Catering remains committed to carrying on the tradition of excellent service for years to come.
